This was an action by plaintiff and appellant to recover certain sums of money alleged to be due by defendant and respondent as a license fee for carrying on the business of a merchant tailor. The case was submitted on an agreed statement of facts, reciting, briefly, that the defendant is a merchant tailor at Helena, dealing in the selling of suits of clothes which he makes to order for his customers from cloth, not made or manufactured by him, but which he purchased from others.
