Presently before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 56) filed by Defendants Palmerton Area School District and Christopher Walkowiak (“Defendants”).1 Plaintiffs assert a state-created danger claim arising out of injuries sus*471tained by their son during a high school football practice. Because Defendant Wal-kowiak is entitled to qualified immunity and because there is insufficient evidence to establish municipal liability against the School District, Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment will be granted.
