MEMORANDUM
WOLFSON, United States Magistrate Judge.
Presently before the Court is the motion by plaintiff, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988, seeking attorneys’ fees for legal services provided both in defending plaintiff in a state administrative tenure proceeding and in prosecuting plaintiffs § 1983 case. The parties consented to the jurisdiction of this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636. Following briefing and oral argument on July 26, 1995, the Court directed plaintiffs counsel to adjust the attorney’s fees sought and resubmit their request for fees accordingly.
