Wade E. Rogers (“Rogers”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to his former employer, International Marine Terminals (“IMT”), on Rogers’ claims of employment discrimination. Rogers sought relief under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and § 510 of the Employee Retirement Income Securities Act (“ERISA”) after he was terminated during a reduction in force (“RIF”) at IMT.
