McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Larry Dortch appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri finding him guilty, pursuant to a guilty plea, of possession with intent to distribute of over 500 grams of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court sentenced appellant under the Sentencing Guidelines to 87 months imprisonment, 3 years supervised release, and a special assessment of $50.00.
