Plaintiff, United Lacquer Manufacturing Corporation, sues defendants, Mass & Waldstein Company, a New Jersey corporation, and also the New York corpox-ation of the same name, as well as John C. Zola, for a declaratory judgment, Title 28 U.S.C. §§ 2201, 2202, involving the patent laws, Title 28 U.-S.C. § 1338, 35 U.S. C. §§ 1 et seq., 154.
