Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Gammerman, J.), entered September 23, 1985, which, inter alia, granted the cross motion of defendant and third-party plaintiff Frank Fernandez staying the instant action pending the outcome of a similar consolidated Federal action, affirmed, without costs.
