Defendant Nicholas Yanakas appeals from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, John F. Keenan, Judge, ordering him to pay plaintiff Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company (“MHT” or the “Bank”) $1,036,381.42 on its claim for enforcement of Yanakas’s personal guarantee of certain loans.
