Oh June 25, 1914, the circuit court of Champaign county granted leave to file an information in the nature of quo warranto to determine the legality of the organization of Lower Salt Fork Drainage District of said county. The information was filed June 26, 1914, in the name of the People, upon the relation of about one hundred land owners in the district, the commissioners of highways of the towns of Compromise and Harwood, the Spoon River Drainage District and the trustees of schools of township 21, north, range 10, east, all in said county, and against U.
