A INTRODUCTION
In the instant proceeding (“the Proceeding”), MICHAEL A CARUSO, d/b/a OMEGA FOOD INDUSTRIES (“the Plaintiff’), originally challenged our granting a discharge to SAMUEL SEGAL (“the Debtor”) solely on the basis of 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(4)(A).
