OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, D'Marcell Rahe, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of murder with a firearm specification. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.

{¶ 2} On June 16, 2005, defendant was indicted on one count of murder, with specifications, in connection with the June 7, 2005 shooting death of Robert Williams. Defendant pled not guilty as charged in the indictment, and a jury trial began in August 2006.
