May an insurance company, after full payment on the insured’s death to the beneficiary of a life insurance policy, thereafter recover part of such payment on discovering that the insured in procuring the policy fraudulently understated her age by sixteen years? The judgment appealed from entered on a jury’s verdict in favor of the insurance company answers that question in the affirmative. Defendants, executors of the beneficiary, appeal.
