The Bond and Mortgage Guarantee Company is a domestic corporation organized under chapter 538 of the Laws of 1885. Its activities came under the supervision of the Superintendent of Insurance. On August 2, 1933, the Superintendent of Insurance took possession of its affairs under an order of rehabilitation made pursuant to the provision of article 11 of the Insurance Law (Cons.
