Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Cobb, J.), entered June 10, 1987 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals of the City of Albany finding petitioners in violation of the local zoning ordinance.
