This is an appeal from an order of the district court of the Fifth judicial district within and for the county of Chaves, overruling the remonstrance of the appellant, Jacquez Michelet, to the report of the-commissioners of the Dexter-Greenfield drainage district upon assessments for benelts, damages, and costs of construction in said district theretofore filed in said court. . ■
