PeR Curiam;: This case is before us on the findings of fact and recommendation for conclusion of law of Trial Commissioner C. Murray Bernhardt, supported by an opinion. We adopt the Trial Commissioner’s recommendation and his findings of fact, with a slight correction, and judgment will be entered accordingly.
