This case is before the court upon the Chapter 13 Trustee’s (hereinafter referred to as “Trustee”) unfavorable report to the amended Chapter 13 plan dated March 31, 2013 (Docket No. 73) based upon lack of feasibility under 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(6), and because the Trustee is unable to calculate the liquidation value and thus is unable to determine whether the Debtor complies with 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(4), which is a requisite for confirmation of a plan as the Debtor has not assigned a value to a particular cause of action filed in state…
