POPOVICH, Judge:

This case involves an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County denying reimbursement for certain costs incurred to obtain possession of property purchased at a sheriffs sale by the appellant, Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC).1 We reverse.

The facts of the case were stated properly in the appellant’s brief at page 3 as follows:
