Rosenberg Iron & Metal Co., the bankrupt, purchased a baling press from Dempster Brothers, Inc. (hereinafter called “Dempster”) on May 20, 1958, paying $23,504.95 down and giving a conditional sales contract to secure the balance of $43,483.53. This contract was filed with the Register of Deeds for Milwaukee County on June 18, 1958, pursuant to the requirements of Section 122.05 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
