Ford Motor Company, defendant and third-party plaintiff contracted with Conveyor Engineering Company, third-party defendant, for certain construction work to be done on the premises of Ford. The contract contained the following provision:

“Seller shall be exclusively responsible for, shall bear, and shall relieve Buyer from liability for, all loss and/or expense and/or damage and/or claims resulting from bodily injury, sickness or disease, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, and/or on account of damage to or destruction of property, including…
