The ultimate question for determination herein is whether or not, under the notes and trust deed hereinafter set out, appellees contracted with appellant to pay him as much as twenty percent interest per annum on money borrowed by appellees from appellant. And, in the last analysis, that depends upon whether the acceleration clause in the trust deed renders the contract usurious to the extent of twenty percent interest per annum.
