Defendant, Four Boys Labor Services, Inc., appeals from two orders of the circuit court of Cook County entered July 2, 1993. In the first order, the trial court determined that the claim of the plaintiff, Gerald Kennedy, was not barred by the doctrines of res judicata and collateral estoppel, and granted judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant in the amount of $68,384.98, plus costs.
