delivered the opinion of the court:.The defendant, as county collector of Champaign County, appeals to this court from an injunction order issued by the circuit court of Champaign County restraining him from collecting or attempting to collect real-estate taxes extended against certain property of plaintiff cemetery association.

Revenue and the constitutionality of certain statutes being involved, this court properly has jurisdiction on direct-appeal.
