This mandamus action arises from the trial judge’s action in striking an appeal provision contained in the parties’ arbitration agreement on the grounds of uncon-scionability. We conditionally grant the petition for writ of mandamus.

Real party in interest Carolyn Yvonne Moreno filed suit based on an alleged on-the-job injury. Moreno’s employment by relators Hospitality Employment Group, LLC, Prestonwood Country Club, and Prestonwood Creek was subject to an arbi tration agreement.
