OPINION OF THE COURT

WATSON, J.

On September 4, 1925, an alternative writ of prohibition issued out of this court upon the petition of Juan Sena, Severo Maes, and L. M. Casaus, directed to the district court of the Fourth district, sitting within and for the county of Guadalupe, and to Hon. Luis E. Armijo, as judge thereof, directing the said court and judge to take no further steps or proceedings in the matter of certain contempt proceedings pending in said court, and to shoiv cause why the said court and judge should not be finally prohibited from exercising any further jurisdiction over said…
