A creditor who has failed to comply with section 15(a) of the Fiduciaries Act of June 7,1917, P. L. 447, and has thereby lost her lien upon decedent’s real estate, now petitions this court for a citation against the devisees of the real estate, to show cause why the executor should not be directed and authorized to collect the rents accruing until April 1,1945, for the payment of decedent’s debts, under section 14 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1917, supra.
