A jury found A.E.B. engaged in delinquent conduct by committing attempted sexual assault against the complainant, O.P. The trial court sentenced A.E.B., who was fifteen years old at the time of trial, to a six-year determinate sentence with commitment to the Texas Youth Com*340mission and a possible transfer to the Texas Department of Corrections. The trial court found that A.E.B. used a deadly weapon during the incident.
