Becker on February 27, 1934, for a “Windshield Clearing Device,” upon an application filed February 6, 1928, and claims 9, 13 and 14 of United States Letters Patent No. 2,206,-814, issued to Erwin C. Horton on July 2, 1940, for a “Windshield Clearing System,” upon an application filed August 12, 1935, are void for want of invention, is clearly erroneous.
