This is a bill in equily brought in the Superior Court by the complainant as assignee, in involuntary insolvency, of Clarence A. Smith aforesaid; a person ■engaged chiefly in farming, or the tillage of the soil. The complainant therein alleges that said Smith on the 29th and 30th days of September, 1909, being insolvent and acting in contemplation of insolvency, and with the intent to hinder, delay and defraud his creditors, conveyed and transferred certain real and personal property to the respondent Mowry who knew, or had reasonable cause to believe, that said Smith was so insolvent and…
