This is an action in ejectment for possession of three quarter sections of land, only two of which are in controversy. The plaintiffs prevailed, and the defendants have appealed.

The pertinent portions of the record may be summarized or quoted as follows: Albert Byer, a resident of Stafford County whose family consisted of his wife and eight children, was the owner of considerable farm land some of which was producing oil.
