William C. Jarvis and Cindy Jarvis appeal (1) the trial court’s judgment granting K & E Re One, LLC (K & E) declaratory and injunctive relief and awarding K & E attorney’s fees, and (2) the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Stewart Title Company (Stewart Title) and Bayview Loan Servicing (Bayview).
