MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WEXLER, District Judge.
This is a civil rights lawsuit arising out of Plaintiffs arrest and subsequent trial on a charge of murder. After Plaintiff was acquitted of the crime with which he was charged, he commenced this federal action. Plaintiff sets forth claims of false arrest, malicious prosecution, denial of his rights to remain silent and to counsel, and conspiracy to deprive Plaintiff of these rights. All of these federal claims are alleged pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 1983”). Plaintiff also alleges pendent state claims sounding in the same causes of action.…
