The appeals, heard together upon the same record, present complaints to allowance and disallowance of attorneys’ fees and expenses to counsel for stockholders of the Kaiser-Frazer Corporation, in derivative suits against directors of Kaiser-Frazer and related corporations. The so-called “Chess Group” of attorneys, representing Pergament and other stockholders, negotiated and were proponents of a settlement with the Kaiser interests.
