—Appeal by the *263defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Fisher, J.), rendered July 31, 1997, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing (Demakos, J.), of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Contrary to the defendant’s contention, suppression of the physical evidence, a gun, was not warranted. The gun was seized…
