This is a motion by defendant John Taylor (1) for an order dismissing all but one of the first 20 counts of indictment No. 1845/2000 on the ground that those counts are multiplicitous, or, in the alternative, dismissing all 20 counts as unconstitutionally vague and overbroad; (2) for an order dismissing the 21st count of the indictment on the ground that it is unconstitutionally vague and overbroad with respect to the element of *126“robbery”; (3) for an order dismissing the 21st count of the indictment, as well as counts 30 through 34, on the ground that…
