Plaintiff RegenLab USA, LLC ("RegenLab") brings this action alleging patent infringement arising from the unauthorized use of its patented technology. Before this Court are Defendant Estar Technologies Ltd. ("Estar")'s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and Defendant Eclipse MedCorp, LLC ("Eclipse")1 and Healeon Medical, Inc.
