The defendants have appealed from a final decree of a Probate Court which ordered them specifically to perform part of a contract for the purchase and sale of certain real estate by paying the plaintiffs $106,000 plus interest. The evidence is reported, and there is a report of material facts.

The property which is the subject matter of this dispute consists of three parcels of land, two located in New York and the other in New Hampshire.
