MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ZAGEL, District Judge.

The United States Trustee and William Brandt 1 ask this court to review two interlocutory orders issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court for this district. In the first, the bankruptcy court ruled that Lawrence Fisher had been duly elected trustee of the estates of Thomas Collins and Lake States Commodities, Inc. by a vote of the creditors pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 702 and Bankruptcy Rule 2003.
