MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD D. TAYLOR, United States Bankruptcy Judge.
On November 21, 2006, this Court issued its show cause Order [the Order] directing Jo-Ann Goldman [Goldman], the chapter 13 trustee in this proceeding, to show cause why she should not be removed as trustee from this case and all other cases under this title, or otherwise sanctioned, suspended, or disbarred from practicing before this Court.
