KOPF, Chief Judge.
Pending before the court are Plaintiffs application for attorney fees (filing 82) filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988 and Plaintiffs motion (filing. 81) requesting that the court take judicial notice of docu ments filed in support of a previous application for attorney fees. For the reasons that follow, I shall grant Plaintiffs motion to take judicial notice and I shall grant in part Plaintiffs application for attorney fees.
