MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

PRATT, District Judge.

In this action, Plaintiff Betty Van Horn asserted claims of sexual harassment and retaliation in violations of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) and the Iowa Civil Rights Act, Iowa Code § 216.1 et seq. (the “ICRA”). Following a two-day bench trial, this Court entered its Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgment on January 29, 2003, finding individual Defendant Fred Fridlington not liable on any of Plaintiffs claims and finding for Defen dant Specialized Support Services, Inc.
