MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOSEPH L. COSETTI, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter before the Court is an objection to the claim of Pittsburgh National Bank (“PNC”) by Gary and Atleah Grubb (“Debtors”). For the reasons stated below the objection is sustained and the claim of PNC is disallowed.

I. FACTS

The Debtors filed their petition under Chapter 13 on November 19,1991. As of the date of the filing of the petition, the Debtors had an unsecured line of credit and possessed three vehicles, all financed with PNC Bank.
