This matter is before the Court on the Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Unisys Corporation, fka Sperry Univac Division of Sperry Corp. (“Unisys”) and Frederick M. Luper, Chapter 11 Trustee of the Lee Way Holding Company bankruptcy estate (“Trustee”), concerning the Trustee’s objection to claim number 5951 filed by Unisys.
