question is made as to the rightfulness of the judgment below, to the extent that it covers the $69.27, and costs and interest, being the amouiit of the money judgment actually entered by the New York *212court. The question is whether that court adjudicated the existence of the whole counterclaim substantially as alleged; and since jurisdiction of the person and, in a primary way, of the subj ect-matter, by the New York court, is clear, and since the judgment as entered does not, in terms, find the $3,950 indebtedness, the question of res judicata reduces…
