Motions are made by the defendant in these actions to dismiss the complaints for insufficiency. The actions are to recover damages for injuries claimed to have occurred to the plaintiffs as a result of the collision of an automobile in which they were riding with a traffic control signal located at the intersection of two public highways within the defendant village.
