BERREY, Presiding Judge.

Appellant appeals his conviction by jury of one count of robbery in the first degree, § 569.020 RSMo 1986, and one count of armed criminal action, § 571.015.1 RSMo 1986. He was sentenced to 25 years on the robbery and 40 years on the armed criminal action to run concurrently. This appeal is consolidated pursuant to Rule 29.15®.
