This was an action in trespass brought against Brownie Kozlowski and Veronica Kozlowski, his wife, and also against the City of Pittsburgh for damages alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff, when her husband, Harry Williams, slipped and fell on the sidewalk in front of the Kozlowski garage, receiving injuries which caused his death on the following day.
