Cross Appeals from the Superior Court of Baltimore City. In the case of the present plaintiffs against Kienzel and others, an action brought on the same obligation sued on in this case, this Court held that the obligation was several and not joint, and that a joint action against all the obligors could not he maintained. If was further held, that each obligor was bound to the extent of $2500, and that his liability could not be extended beyond that amount. 46 Md., 294.
