Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction in Case Number 201301392 for possession of methamphetamine, ORS 475.894, and theft in the first degree, ORS 164.055, and raises two assignments of error.1 Because defendant’s second assignment of error is not preserved, we reject it without further discussion and write only to address the first.
