This is an appeal from the forced retirement of appellant from a partnership. In 1971 appellant and P. T. Eichelberger, plaintiffs below, initiated a joint venture to acquire real estate in northwest Houston and construct and operate a hospital and medical clinic thereon. By August 1971, several individuals had executed instruments creating two general partnerships and one corporation. The first partnership, Houston North Properties, consisted of fifteen individuals at that time and was formed to acquire a 57-acre tract. That partnership is not involved in this appeal.…
